Balance In Your Church (YOU)

When you have a family unit and one or both are in leadership meaning ministry there must be a balance in the marriage for the family unit especially if there are children but, not only the children to have a healthy loving marriage. If he/she is a leader of a congregation (meaning flock leading a church he or she must have a balance.

That balance only comes from his/her relationship with the lord and the scriptures. To many times the family in a whole takes a backseat to ministry and his or her obligations to fulfill the charge and commission of the ministry itself and the congregants. Therefore balance must have it's part.

When speaking about balance the scripture that comes into note (1 Timothy 3:5 KJV). The roll of the head for the family must be consistent with his/her relationship with the Lord so, that the family unit can function according to the scripture and everyone fulfill their purpose according to the scripture and have it's perfect work(Hebrews 4:12 KJV). This also requires hearing and obeying the voice of GOD. Knowing when to take time for the family allowing the ministerial staff to step in and help with the ministries needs and even teaching the congregants.

No one person makes up the ministry all by oneself or else both will suffer. Take time men and women of GOD stay in his presence and take the Lords guidance in all things your relationship first and foremost and then family life and leadership as a Shepard. Your family is your first and I mean first ministry is the family unit. Don't let them suffer because they are just as much of your responsibility as the congregants.
